Nancy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was always available to answer questions (even when I would message her at 11:30pm on a Saturday night). She helped us find a beautiful resort that satisfied the needs of two separate families. She made several calls and contacted the resort and airline directly to make sure our requests were met.
