Absolutely went above and beyond!

We had the pleasure of stumbling upon Nancy's info when booking our first family trip with 2 little ones. She was helpful from the outset with narrowing down ideas for locations and resorts based on our top priorities. She was also great at offering additional upgrades without adding any pressure. We had a fantastic stay, but our flights got all screwed up (Sunwing !) at the very last minute on our return trip home. Nancy was available, in touch, and on it from the minute we touched base with her about the mess-up until we were home. We left an iPad on the plane, and Nancy continued to follow up with the airline until it was "found" 6 MONTHS LATER! She absolutely went above and beyond for our busy family, and there is no other travel agent I will ever need to contact as I'm confident Nancy will take care of all of our needs and work with us through any travel experience from the very early stages until the very end. Nancy to the rescue!

Amazing service! Was in desperate need of vacay with my hubby, stressfree with limited budget. Nancy to the rescue! She was very kind and attentive with all my million questions (we dont go away often so it had to be PERFECT). Nancy went above and beyond making sure we got the best price and that everything was looked after, every detail! I am beyond pleased with the service and will recommend Nancy when the opportunity presents itself and absolutely 100% use Nancy again the future.

Nancy is a rare gem!

Nancy is fantastic to work with - I cannot recommend her enough! She helped us change the dates of an existing flight to Lebanon for two adults and two children, and add on an additional destination (Greece), for well under our budget! We had some flexibility on dates, and she helped us navigate the flight change fees and ticket costs, while also managing to find optimal routings, which are a must when you're travelling with two children under the age of two! All in all, we only ended up paying an additional $148! She dealt directly with the airline, taking all of the stress out of it for us - and even the airline agent was impressed at the nominal cost of the flight changes! Nancy worked with us every step of the way, and easily adapted to our changing needs. She will also be helping us plan the Greece-portion of our vacation. Good customer service is really hard to find these days - Nancy is a rare gem!
